Fireworks Night/Guy Fawkes Day
Last week, our classes celebrated Fireworks Night (also known as Guy Fawkes Day) with a spectacular array of themed learning activities! From exploring the history behind the Gunpowder Plot to creating dazzling art inspired by fireworks, our students are lighting up their learning with creativity, curiosity, and excitement.
Staff Shout-Out!
This week, we would like to give a big thank you to Jess, one of our wonderful Level 2B Teaching Assistants, for all her hard work and dedication!
Jess always brings warmth, enthusiasm, and care to everything she does. She goes the extra mile to support our pupils and help make learning fun and engaging every day. We’re so lucky to have her as part of our school family — thank you, Jess, for everything you do!
Interview Preparation!
Last week, we completed the shortlisting process for our upcoming Teaching Assistant interviews. We were thrilled by the number of high-quality applications received and are very much looking forward to meeting the shortlisted candidates this week. We’re so excited to welcome new members to our school community soon!
Evidence for Learning (EfL)
We’re delighted to share that there were 210 uploads to Evidence for Learning last week — that’s an average of 2.5 uploads per pupil! A fantastic effort from our staff in capturing and celebrating the wonderful learning taking place across the school. It’s inspiring to see so many moments of curiosity, creativity, and achievement being shared. Thank you to everyone for helping to showcase our pupils’ amazing learning journeys — let’s keep the momentum going!
