National Fitness Day
National Fitness Day was a huge success in the reception-side garden! It was fantastic to see learners from all pathways joining in with the conga and a variety of action songs. The fun didn’t stop there, with physical activities continuing throughout the day in classrooms across the school. A big well done to everyone who took part and embraced the spirit of staying active!
A Police Officer Visit!
A huge thank you to Molly for organising a visit from a local Police Officer, helping to make learning both real and meaningful for our pupils. There were plenty of smiles and excitement as pupils explored the police car and heard the sirens. One particularly heartwarming moment was seeing one of our young people support a peer by helping to reduce the volume of the siren when it became overwhelming. A wonderful example of kindness, empathy and true friendship.
Attendance Update
Attendance this week: 90.3%
We are delighted to see our attendance continuing to improve compared to this time last year. Thank you to all families for your ongoing support in helping pupils attend school regularly and make the most of every learning opportunity.
Evidence for Learning (EfL)
We recorded an incredible 372 EfL entries this week!
Thank you to all staff and parents for continuing to capture and celebrate our learners’ achievements and special moments. Your contributions help build a rich picture of each child’s progress and experiences.
