A Visit from the Fire Service
Last week, our pupils had the extraordinary opportunity to welcome the Emergency Fire Service to our school! The highlight of the visit was their impressive fire truck, which our pupils eagerly explored inside and out. They marvelled at the equipment, learned about the essential tools firefighters use in emergencies, and even got hands-on experience by operating the fire hose—what an exciting and memorable experience! This interactive session not only sparked curiosity but also provided invaluable insights into the critical role of firefighters in our community.
Student Flu Vaccinations
Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Schools Immunisation Team to our school as they carried out Nasal Flu Vaccinations for our pupils. Their visit was part of an essential public health initiative, ensuring our students are better protected against seasonal illnesses. The team worked with great care and professionalism, making the process smooth and comfortable for everyone involved. We’re proud to support such a vital program, promoting the well-being of our pupils and contributing to a healthier school community.
Evidence for Learning (EfL)
Last week, our incredible staff achieved an impressive milestone, uploading a remarkable 210 logs to Evidence for Learning! This tremendous effort reflects their dedication to documenting and celebrating the progress, achievements, and unique experiences of our pupils.
