Welcome to Bleasdale School
At Bleasdale School, we believe in ‘Learning Together and Achieving Together’. Our dedicated Senior Leadership Team is here to ensure that every student receives the best education and support possible. Meet our team of experienced professionals who work tirelessly to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Sefton Booth leads the school with a crystal clear School Improvement plan which has a tangible drive for high standards. Main focus includes developing high quality teaching and learning to ensure pupils achieve outstandingly well, ensuring teaching and learning is monitored and evaluated, making sure teachers are held to account for teaching and are provided with feedback whilst arranging for suitable CPD & Coaching alongside DHT.
Working closely with governors is the foundation of our thriving environment by: enabling governors and visitors to have an accurate view of the school and to operate as critical friends, ensuring we meet our statutory requirements and exploring the future of Bleasdale school in line with up-to-date and current SEND thinking. Devising and implementing a distributed and planned school improvement plan whilst monitoring and evaluating its impact through our SEF is key. Communication and Safeguarding with colleagues at all levels, associations and trade unions is often at the forefront of our work. This means that working alongside LLC, developing research, and joining with other like-minded schools to ensure our school’s policies and developed pedagogy are robust. This supportive and inclusive approach allows us to get on with what is at the heart of our work: Inquiry approach, Bleasdale pupils and their educational progression in a safe, stimulating and fun environment.
