Christmas Spirit Shines in Our School!

As we celebrate our school’s core values—the 7 Cs: Curriculum, Coaching, Caring, Curiosity, Child-Centred learning, and being Credible—we turn to the most festive C of all: Christmas.

A huge thank-you to all the teachers and learners who have welcomed all staff into their Christmas play rehearsals. It’s been wonderful to watch students grow in confidence as they prepare to step onto the stage in front of their families. The hard work, creativity, and excitement are clear to see, and the performances are already looking fantastic.

Celebrating the Season—In Every Style

As the festive season arrives, our school community is embracing the spirit of Christmas in many ways. Some lean into the sparkle and shine, while others prefer a more “Grinch-like” approach—and that’s perfectly okay!

What matters most is recognising the people in front of us: how we can support them, what we can learn from one another, and the gratitude we can take from every interaction. This time of year isn’t just about ourselves—it’s about appreciating and uplifting those around us.

After all, Christmas spirit comes in many forms, and every one of them is welcome at Bleasdale School.

School Trips!

A big thank-you to staff and parents/guardians who helped make our recent educational visits possible. By opening the door to activities in our local community, you’ve given our learners meaningful experiences that they truly valued and enjoyed.

Good luck to the groups heading out this week—we can’t wait to hear all about what you discover!
