A New Pupil! 

Last week, we were delighted to welcome a new pupil to Bleasdale, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how seamlessly they have settled into our school community! From day one, they have embraced new friendships, adapted beautifully to our routines, and demonstrated a fantastic attitude towards learning. It’s been wonderful to see them thriving, and we’re so proud of how warmly our pupils and staff have welcomed them. Here’s to an exciting journey ahead at Bleasdale! 

Comic Relief/Red Nose Day 

Last week, we celebrated Comic Relief in the most heartwarming way—by embracing a cosy, fun-filled day in our pyjamas! Our incredible students and staff came together in the spirit of generosity, raising lots of money in donations and collecting more than 80 chocolate Easter eggs for those in need! The kindness and enthusiasm displayed by our school community were truly inspiring. A huge thank you to everyone who took part—your support is changing lives! 

 As soon as all the donations are counted, we will proudly display a special Comic Relief poster in our school foyer to showcase our collective impact! Be sure to keep an eye out and celebrate the generosity and kindness of our incredible school community. Together, we’re making a difference! 

More Teachers! 

As our school continues to flourish, we took an exciting step forward last week by holding interviews to welcome new talent to our team. We are thrilled to announce that we have offered positions to two outstanding teachers who will be joining us soon! Their passion, dedication, and expertise will undoubtedly enrich our school community, and we can’t wait for them to inspire and support our wonderful students. Stay tuned for more details as we prepare to welcome them to the Bleasdale family! 

Evidence for Learning (EfL) 

Last week, our dedicated teachers and teaching assistants logged an incredible 185 pieces of evidence in the Evidence for Learning app! This highlights the unwavering commitment of our staff in tracking, celebrating, and supporting the progress of our students. Every piece of evidence represents a step forward in learning, growth, and achievement. Let’s keep up this fantastic momentum as we continue to nurture and showcase the incredible progress happening across our school.
