A Wonderful Recognition During OFSTED Visit 

We were delighted to receive some incredibly positive feedback during a recent visit from an OFSTED inspector. They described our children as “amazingly wonderful”, commenting on how welcoming they were throughout the day—a true reflection of the caring and inclusive culture we have created together. 

The inspector praised the strength of our provision and remarked that we should be incredibly proud of everything we have built as a school community. It was a wonderful acknowledgement of the dedication, passion and commitment shown by every member of staff. 

A huge thank you to all staff for the part you play each day in making our school such a special place. Your hard work continues to make a real difference to the lives of our children, and we are excited to build on this success in the year ahead. 

School Shop Raises an Incredible £1,115! 

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported our school shop since it opened. Thanks to the generosity of our families, staff and wider community, we have now raised an impressive £1,115!! 

Every purchase helps support opportunities and resources for our pupils, and we are incredibly grateful for the continued encouragement and enthusiasm shown by everyone. 

We look forward to seeing the shop continue to thrive! 

Pupils Fascinated by Moth Workshop 

This week, pupils enjoyed a fascinating moth workshop that provided a wonderful opportunity to learn more about local wildlife and the natural world. 

The session captured everyone’s interest, with pupils fully engaged throughout. Their curiosity, thoughtful questions and enthusiasm for learning made the workshop a great success and a memorable educational experience. 

Celebrating Outstanding Achievement 

A huge congratulations goes to Jade and the fantastic staff group who completed the PRICE training programme and achieved such brilliant success at the end of last week. Their commitment, perseverance and teamwork were evident throughout, and their achievements deserve to be celebrated. Well done to everyone involved—you have made the school incredibly proud! 

Governors Share Their Appreciation 

Our Governors have asked us to pass on their sincere thanks to every member of staff for the dedication and commitment shown throughout the year. 

They commented on how proud they are of the high-quality work taking place across the school and recognised the positive impact that staff make every day. Their appreciation is a wonderful reminder of the difference our whole team makes to our pupils and families. 

Positive Parent Feedback on End-of-Year Reports 

Thank you to all the parents who have taken the time to comment on their child’s end-of-year report through EFL. We have already received four positive responses, and it has been lovely to hear families’ appreciation of the progress and achievements celebrated within the reports. 

We value this feedback and thank parents for taking the time to share their thoughts. 

Poetry in the Garden and Parent Reporting Afternoon 

It has been wonderful to see classes taking part in our Poetry in the Garden activities alongside the Parent Reporting Afternoon. These events have provided excellent opportunities to celebrate pupils’ learning while strengthening our partnership with families. 

A special mention goes to Squirrels Class, who received praise from one of our Governors for the outstanding care and attention shown to meeting the needs of every child within the classroom. This recognition reflects the nurturing environment created by the team and the inclusive ethos that runs throughout our school.
