Welcome back!
We are delighted to welcome back all pupils, staff, and parents to Bleasdale for another year and the start of the Autumn term! We hope you have all enjoyed a wonderful summer, filled with rest, joy, and new experiences.
As we begin this academic year, we look forward to building on past achievements and embracing fresh opportunities for growth and learning. Our dedicated staff are ready to support every child in reaching their full potential, while fostering curiosity, creativity, and resilience.
Together, as a community, we will continue to nurture a positive and inspiring environment where everyone feels valued and encouraged to thrive. Here’s to a successful and fulfilling term ahead!
Parents Evening
Last week, we held Parents’ Evening at Bleasdale, and it was a real pleasure to welcome some wonderful new parents as well as reconnect with familiar faces. The evening provided a valuable opportunity to share the exciting learning journeys ahead, celebrate the progress already being made, and strengthen the partnership between home and school.
We are truly grateful for the support, enthusiasm, and commitment shown by our families, as this collaboration plays a vital role in helping our pupils flourish both academically and personally. Together, we can ensure that every child feels confident, motivated, and inspired to achieve their very best.
National Autistic Society (NAS) Award
A huge shout-out goes to the whole school community as we proudly celebrate achieving our aspiring NAS accreditation. The report highlighted numerous examples of outstanding practice, recognising the dedication, skill, and commitment of our staff in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
This achievement is a true reflection of the hard work and passion demonstrated every day at Bleasdale, and it stands as a testament to the strength of our pupils, the unwavering support of our parents, and the collaborative spirit that defines our school.
While we are immensely proud of this milestone, we also see it as a springboard for further growth. We remain committed to building on this success, continuing to refine our practice, and striving to provide the very best opportunities and outcomes for every child in our care.

Summer Club
A huge thank you goes to our amazing staff who gave up their time to run the Summer Club over the holidays. The children had a fantastic time enjoying fun activities, making new memories, and staying connected with friends.
This kind of dedication is what makes Bleasdale so special – staff going above and beyond to create opportunities that truly enrich our pupils’ lives. We are so grateful for their energy, kindness, and creativity, and we know the pupils really benefited from all their hard work.
New Staff – Welcome!
As our school community continues to grow, we are delighted to have expanded our staff team to ensure every pupil receives the very best support. We are thrilled to extend a warm Bleasdale welcome to our new Teaching Assistants – Rebecca, Jessica, Joshua, Holly, and Eve.
Each brings a wealth of enthusiasm, care, and fresh ideas, and we are excited to see the positive impact they will make as they join us on our journey. We know our pupils, families, and colleagues will make them feel right at home.
