Our New Booths/Bleasdale School Shop!

Over the half-term break, we had the incredible honour of welcoming Booths Supermarket to Bleasdale School, where they transformed part of our school into a beautifully decorated Booths shop! This remarkable addition not only brings an exciting new space to our school but also offers our students invaluable hands-on learning experiences. The generosity Booths has shown us has truly gone above and beyond our expectations, and we are deeply grateful for their support and dedication to our community.

We can’t wait to share this amazing new space with all of you! Join us soon for the grand opening, where you’ll be able to explore the shop and see firsthand the difference it will make for our students. Keep an eye out for more details to be shared soon!

New Door Security Project Begins!

During the half-term break, we launched a project aimed at significantly upgrading our Door Security system. This initiative is designed to enhance the safety and security of our school environment, ensuring a higher level of protection for our students. These new security measures represent our ongoing commitment to fostering a safe, secure, and supportive space where our pupils can thrive.

Development Feedback Week

In the final week of the half term, our senior leadership team actively engaged with classroom sessions, providing invaluable insights to support teachers in refining their strategies. This collaboration not only offered personalised feedback to enhance teaching practices, but also identified opportunities for enriching the whole school curriculum. This initiative fosters a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our teaching methods remain dynamic and responsive to the evolving needs of our students.

Visits to Silverdale Library Begin!

In the final week of the half term, our students began visiting Silverdale Library. These visits, provide our students with invaluable life skills, from navigating public spaces to engaging with members of the community. Beyond fostering a love for reading, these outings encourage independence, positive behaviour, and an appreciation for shared resources, reinforcing the importance of lifelong learning and community involvement.

Bleasdale School History Tour

In the final week of the half term, we proudly hosted the Bleasdale School History Tour, welcoming 31 enthusiastic visitors eager to delve into our school’s rich history. This immersive experience offered attendees a guided journey through significant milestones and highlights of memorable events.
